So I am jumping on board...following a few (high school) friends that have done the same. Life is about making and capturing memories - so here goes....crossing my fingers I can keep up with the "daily work", on my already long list of daily to-do's.

This year has been.....well a year of milestones - Jay celebrated 5 years of being a survivor in May. Cooper was born in June. Carson turned 2 in November...and now the holidays are upon us. The magic of Christmas was kicked off today by Small Fry (her beloved cat)returning after 2 months, to say my sister Angela is excited would be an understatement. If this is the start of our holiday season we have nothing but a gum drop fairytale ahead of us.
The house is decorated but still missing the tree - with Jays crazy schedule we haven't made a trip to the tree farm. We started the countdown to Christmas with the train advent calendar that grandma bought us last year. Carson was very happy when he opened the little door to see a Hershey kiss sitting there or as he calls it "treat, choc..treat momma".
We have decided to host Christmas this year, feeling good about the choice since Jason has to work it will give him more time with the boys. My feelings might change in the days right before Christmas.
